A masterclass in understanding the menstrual cycle, embodying the art of cyclical living, and learning how to align your lifestyle and energy to the four phases of your cycle.

What we’ll cover

  • Introduction to cyclical living, the importance of embodying the four phases of your cycle, and how this can suport you to come into deeper alignment with yourself and life.

  • What is a period? What is the uterine cycle? What is happening hormonally during each phase? What are common symptoms women experience during each phase?

  • The four phases of the menstrual cycle and the inner archetype, season and lunar phase they represent. The energy and invitation of each phase (how are we being called to show up / direct our energy?).

  • How to nourish yourself, move your body, plan your social life, hold your boundaries and make other lifestyle choices in accordance to each phase of your cycle.

  • How to begin integrating these teachings in a way that makes sense for your own unique lifestyle. Whether you work a 9-5, are sef-employed, have children to care for, travel frequently or anything in between - cycle synching is realistic for you!

  • Cycle synching is the practice of aligning your lifestyle to the four phases of your menstrual cycle. Focusing on how you should nourish yourself, move your body, direct your energy and check in with yourself during each phase. Cycle synching can promote hormonal balance as well as a deeper connection to your body and to life.

  • Imbalances can be caused by a multitude of factors, although I do believe all symptoms are being expressed because the body is trying to communicate something to you. Becoming educated about your menstrual cycle, hormones and womb is an essential step in healing any reproductive imbalance and taking self-responsibility to know our own bodies. Personally, cycle synching over the years has helped me to become an exprert of my menstrual cycle and has resourced me with more information to look at when something is out of balance.

  • I truly believe that this practice is accessible to you whether you work a 9-5, are self-employed, care for children, travel frequently or anything in between. We each have the ability to embody the principals of cycle synching in a unique capacity. When you have this wisdom, you are provided with the resources to show up stronger for yourself, set clear and loving boundaries and know how to live from a place of vitality rather than burnout.
