1:1 Offerings

My signature coaching sessions are a space for you to receive tools and guidance that will support you to know yourself on a deeper level and come into harmonious relation with your womb. Whether you have the intention to begin healing at the root of a particular symptom, are desiring guidance on how to meet the deepest parts of yourself, or anything in between - this offering is for you.

The beauty of these sessions lies within the infinite potential we have to journey together in many different ways. The session will be held virtually over zoom and you will create a nourishing healing container from the comfort of your home. During our time together I will offer guidance and practices that I have known to support my personal healing as well as the healing of clients I have had the pleasure of guiding over previous years.

We will open our session by setting the energy of our space and crystalizing your intentions. I will allow you time to speak your truth and share your story with me (this in and of itself can be incredibly liberating, as speaking aloud what we are moving through is the first step to the acceptance and integration of our experiences). We will then continue deepening the layers of verbal processing, or when it is appropriate, I will begin to guide you through somatic-based practices that align with your intentions and are supportive to your womb, body and nervous system. We will complete our time with space for integration, reflections and celebrations (acknowledging you for showing up in devotion to your healing), and we will close the energy field in a way that feels complete. I will also offer you optional womb-work (homework) a.k.a. ways you can continue to anchor and integrate the shifts we are creating within your physical, energetic and emotional field.

Allow the potency of energy work and healing touch to soothe your spirit and open your heart. This space is created to give a retreat to your nervous system and a full reset to your energetic body. An Energy Medicine session is curated to meet your soul’s most powerful intentions and desires. If you have been feeling the pull to attune to deeper clarity and alignment with the rhythms of life, this session can provide a pillar of support on your path.

As we move through this human experience, we can become magnetic to the energies around us. To remain in highest sovereignty with ourselves, it is incredibly important to create the space to clear our field of what is no longer ours to carry. Our bodies and spirits can hold the energetic imprints of people, places, situations or prominent events, and ancestral/lineage wounding. During this session, we will create sacred space for you to tap in with what is on your heart and set clear intentions of what you are ready to release and what you desire to receive. Through an opening ritual of prayer, meditation and sound frequencies, we will enter into the realm of infinite healing that is available for you to receive on every level. This is a safe space to be held in love as you release what has been stored in the body and energetic field.

This session will include the use of botanical and stone infused ritual oils and gentle hands-on touch to facilitate opening of the body’s channels. Reiki and intuitive energy healing will be used to draw out lower-vibrational energies and frequencies. We will also open communion with your guides, ancestors, and the spirits of the land to receive wisdom and guidance that may be supportive to your personal journey. We will conclude by closing the space in gratitude and prayer, and ground back with space for integration.

For those who desire to know themselves on a deeper level. This bespoke ceremony is a space for you to peel back the veil and witness the desires within that are waiting to be seen and expressed. You are invited to bring any and all intentions to this session, and you will be given the opportunity to share them with me before we gather so that I can show up prepared to hold the space you are needing. Together we will weave a harmonious ritual experience that will honor you and your unique healing journey. Whether your path has led you to heal something specific or you are open to the mystery of what comes through in the moment, this session will provide you with newfound tools and wisdom to support you in moving forward on your journey and dissolving any blockages in your way.

The session will begin with your choice of ceremonial cacao or a custom blended medicinal herbal tea. While communing with the chosen plant allies, we will drop in with your intentions and what you desire to receive from the ceremony. We will then move into a series of somatic based practices utilizing breath, sound, energy, movement and hands-on touch - each practice intentionally channeled to support your healing. We will conclude with an energy medicine session to support your nervous system in anchoring the work that was done and allow you to be in full receivership.

This ceremony will be divided into approximately 60-75 min of somatic healing practices before we will enter into an energy medicine + healing touch session. Balancing the yang qualities of actively moving energy and emotion through the physical body and the yin qualities of integration and healing through the subtle energetic body.

A cleansing and purifying earth medicine ceremony for the mind, body and soul. Kambo is an ally for deep cellular detoxification, releasing old patterning and what no longer serves, personal healing, lineage healing, supporting physical ailments and so much more. Kambo is a medicine that holds masculine energetics. For this reason, I enjoy weaving an element of softness and grace into this ceremony space to balance the intensity of the medicine with feminine flow. The ceremony will begin with a series of grounding and clearing practices prior to the application of kambo, as it is of utmost importance to me that your nervous system is in a safe, open and relaxed space to receive kambo into your body and energetic field. This will allow you to experience the most aligned and potent ceremony. After moving through the kambo portion of the ceremony, we will conclude with a closing sound healing + meditation and you will be given space for integration.

There is no official time limit on this ceremony, but it is expected to be about 3 hours.
