FAQ’s

In person 1:1 sessions: To honor the time and space both of us are consecrating to to hold our session together, I ask that a 30% deposit is made at the time of booking to anchor your appointment. In the case you need to cancel or reschedule, I require at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If notice is given at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a new apointment date. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are not eligible to receive a deposit transfer. I do understand things may come up last minute that are out of our control, and I am happy to offer grace in any way I can when certain circumstances arise. This will be adressed on a case-by-case basis.

Community + group offerings (online and in-person) do not require a deposit and must be paid in full, unless otherwise specified.

At this time, I do not offer bodywork sessions to those who are pregnant or believe they may be pregnant. Although, womb work during pregnancy is incredibly powerful, and I would be happy to support you in a more energetic capacity through sessions such as Energy Medicine + Healing Touch, Cyclical Support Coaching, Rooted Within Personal Ceremony. If you are planning to conceive or are postpartum, you are likely a great canidate to reveice this work.

Womb and pelvic massage is also contraindicated for those with an IUD or copper coil, as the womb massage may potentially displace the device. If you are currently using this type of birth control, there are ways that the session can be tailored to your body. We will work energetically on the womb rather than hands-on, and you can still receive other portions of the bodywork. This also applies for those who have recently undergone abdominal surgery.

If you fall under any of the contraindications stated above but are feeling called to this work, please reach out to me and I am happy to customize a session to your needs and discuss ways we can adapt to best serve you.

I am personally located in the Bird Rock community of La Jolla, CA. Although, I typically conduct my 1:1 sessions and group offerings at a separate family residence in San Diego, as this is where my healing studio is located and I find it to be more spcious and quiet. I will gladly travel locally to your preferred space for an additional fee (varies by radius). I am also open to the possibility of traveling farther outside of San Diego if the opportunity is in alignment.

I am available to come to you upon request. All services are subject to an added fee if you would prefer I come to your location. The fee varies by radius, but I am happy to give you a quote if you are interested in this option.

No being will be turned away due to financial constraints. It is of upmost importance to me that accessibility is a pillar of my practice and that everyone is given the opportunity to participate in the work I offer. If you are feeling called to receive one of my offerings but cannot pay the full rate, please reach out to me and I would love to accommodate you in a way that feels nourishing to the both of us. I honor your ability to ask for the support you desire. Please use honesty and integrity when inquiring about this option. When a majority of my clients are able to invest in full for my services, it makes offering full and partial scholarship rates sustainable and available for those who truly need them. Payment plans are also available upon request.

Flower essences, or flower remedies, are infusions made from the flowering part of a plant. The process of sun steeping the flower in water, captures the energetic imprint, or blueprint, of the flower. So, unlike essential oils or herbal remedies, which contain physical substances extracted from plants, there is no physical part of the flower in a flower essence, only its healing vibrational frequency. Every flower has a different healing quality that can provide profound healing support for our energetic, emotional body. Being that flower essences are a vibrational medicine, they have a magical way of working within our subtle energetic field to address deeply rooted patterns, thoughts, belief systems and stories.

Flower essences offer a wonderful way to heal and grow because they act as catalysts for change at a deep emotional level. The positive changes that can occur from using flower essences include feeling more confident and creative, experiencing more joy, being more forgiving, forging healthier relationships, having more clarity and focus, and even cultivating a deeper connection to your Soul Self. Flower essences offer a gentle yet deeply powerful modality of healing and can serve as a wonderful integration tool after taking part in a session with me.

The particular flower essences I am offering at this time come from the white + red springs of the Chalice Well Gardens in Glastonbury, Somerset, UK. The sacred waters of the Chalice Well serve as a representation of the life-giving Mother of us all. Her healing waters replenish and sustain life. We need Her waters to survive and thrive. The Chalice Well flower essences are an expression of the spirit of Chalice Well, one of Britain’s most ancient wells, nestling in the Vale of Avalon between the infamous goddess pilgrimage sites of the Glastonbury Tor and Chalice Hill. The gnosis of The Rose Lineage, The Holy Grail, Mary Magdalene and The Goddess pulse through these lands, making these essences potent medicine to work with. This location and these essences hold a special place in my heart and my womb, it would be an honor and pleasure to share their magic with you.

Add a 2oz. bottle of flower essence to any session for $22. We will create and bless your custom blend together at the end of your session, and the blend will be intended to support you in integrating what was received during your experience. This bottle will last you 1-3 months assuming you use it 1-3 times a day.
